The cottage of the laundry consists of a contemporary independent loft located near the charming and famous small town of Chablis in Burgundy, in a small village of a hundred inhabitants named Villy, 15 km from Auxerre and 10 minutes from the motorway exit "Auxerre-Sud".

Summary: A lovely apartment with all facilities. Private secure off road parking. Small patio garden to the front of the property which is fenced and secure for dogs. Helene is very responsive to requests for information and met us at the property to show us how everything worked. No bakery in the village but there is one on nearby Maigny, which is walkable. Convenient location for Chablis and Auxerre. Would be very happy to stay there again.
